Requirements

PDFTextStream for Java requires a v1.4 (or higher) Java Virtual Machine (JVM). While PDFTextStream for Java is a 100% pure Java library (i.e. no platform-specific native code included), and alternate Java runtimes (such as those offered by Blackdown, BEA, GNU, etc.) will likely work without problems, Snowtide only supports the use of PDFTextStream for Java with Sun Java runtimes.

Installation

No special installation is required; simply unpack your PDFTextStream for Java distribution, and add the PDFTextStream-x.x.jar file (found in the lib directory of the distribution) to your application's classpath.

Typical Usage
