Snowtide Informatics’ customers include Fortune 500 companies, private enterprises and government agencies. Our products and services enable these organizations to solve some of their most demanding -- and confidential -- PDF content management challenges. Customers often report gaining significant operational competitive advantages or experiencing major content management breakthroughs as a result of deploying our solutions. They are therefore often shy to share those experiences publicly, thereby diluting the competitive advantages they enjoy by using our products and services.
The dictates of privacy and confidentiality therefore do not allow us to reveal customer names or the nature of our work with these organizations.
However, one of our customers, the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH), has authorized us to share their story.
